Fun Center Farmington is Hiring a Parts Sales Associate Near Farmington, NM
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Parts Associate to join our team. As a Parts Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, helping customers with fitment of parts, ordering parts, and communicating with every department on availability and timing for parts. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have a passion for powersports and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. This position is a commission position with unlimited potential to earn, we do not cap commissions.
About the job:
- Assist customers in finding the right powersports products and accessories; OEM and aftermarket
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve parts sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Perform order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of products
Skills we're looking for:
- Strong knowledge of powersports preferred
- Past experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong communication skills in person, on the phone and through text and email
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
- Basic understanding of retail math for processing transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills for stocking shelves and maintaining inventory
